In this project, the basic idea the client had given our team was to create two simple – one bedroom homes having basic functional plans, shared outdoor kitchen and pool areas. Each unit has a private roof terrace with views of the ocean. The client is young, 22 years old and so wanted this project to be very eco-friendly so our architects have laid flat solar panels on the center roof, a water collection system and grey water recycling. The 24″ long rolling doors would have large murals painted on them; each mural 6′ wide by 8’ high. The building itself would be the pure white stucco and a small outdoor shower off the bedroom.
